While you relax in this sacred space, pure salt is dispersed as a fine mist into the room. Salt therapy (halotherapy) has numerous health benefits including: boosting the immune system, relieves symptoms of allergies, COPD, asthma, coughs, stress, anxiety, sinusitis, respiratory issues, fatigue, eczema and psoriasis. You will be bathed in a reiki infused sound journey with tibetan and crystal bowls, drums, gong, koshi and tibetan bells.
