SAGE is a community for all folks who love and care for our planet. Our monthly gatherings are a space to nourish each other, so that we can nourish our world.
Join us for an evening of delicious food, hearty discussion and new skills. The night will start with a shared meal, then we will move into community announcements, then into open space workshops, with lots of space for social breaks throughout.
This month will be a quieter SAGE. With many people away interstate at Rising Tide and other big actions, and many others tired and struggling as the year comes to a close, we could all use some rest and care.
So this SAGE is a chance to slow down. On Sunday November 30th, come do some craft, write Christmas cards for incarcerated folks, make care packages (for each other or someone struggling), relax and hang out together.
Spending time in community is so important in this overwhelming time. Just being there for each other and reminding each other that we matter can make all the difference. And since lots of people will be away, this is a great event to attend if you’d appreciate coming to a smaller, quieter gathering.
And as always, anyone can come run a session, whether it’s on the theme or on anything else they like.
