💔 Reclaiming Trust After Betrayal is a 4-session, soul-centred program created for those who have felt the rupture of broken trust — in love, friendship, family, community, or even within themselves.

THE PROGRAM
Over four 2.5-hour sessions, we will gently explore:
The emotional and spiritual impact of betrayal
Grief, anger, and the parts of you still carrying the wound
Rebuilding trust in yourself, your voice, and your knowing
Discernment, boundaries, and what real safety feels like
Forgiveness as freedom — not obligation
You’ll be guided through somatic practices, healing meditations, rituals, and reflection — held in a space of compassion, strength, and non-judgement.
