Pre-Reno Walkthrough and lunch

Hi All,

Tanya has generously offered for us to walk through her pre-renovated property at 33 Gunn St in Birkenhead. This one's a doozy!
Lunch will be at Birkenhead Tavern from 12:15. I have booked for 15 people and being so close to Christmas I'd like to firm up numbers ASAP, so please RSVP as soon as you can if you'd like to join.
