Join us for a relaxed and supportive outdoor catch-up designed especially for our HeartKids and their families! This is a wonderful opportunity for children to enjoy some fresh air and outdoor play, while parents connect, share experiences, and build community in a friendly, informal setting.
Please register for the session to support us in planning. The sessions is free of charge and facilitated by our Support Coordinator Bonnie and our Occupational Therapist Sarah.
