If fear has been running your life lately, you’re not alone. Work pressures, family responsibilities, financial worries — fear drains our energy and clouds our judgement. If we experience stress and fear over a long time, it can have serious impact on our mental and physical health.
"How to work with fear" is a practical in-person and online workshop led by Venerable Jamyang, a highly qualified Buddhist teacher. We'll talk about what fear is, how we can recognise it, and learn how it influences our body and mind. The more we understand the workings of our mind and the fears that arise from it, the more we can stay in control.
Venerable Jamyang will share practical methods to:
- Calm fear at its root
- Stop spirals of anxious thinking
- Develop confidence, stability, and emotional resilience.
You don't have to be a Buddhist, or to have any prior experience in Buddhism, to benefit; this day-long workshop will offer tools that you can use immediately.
