Coffee & Chats - and making pocket hearts

Let's meet for coffee, the first round is on us ☕This time we'll gather in the gentle and warm space at Rustic Gourmet in Norwood ❤️ While we chat in this safe space, you also have the option of keeping your hands busy making pocket hearts.

These hearts go in our packs provided to SA hospitals and are given to families with our brochures, and I need your help to make them! 🙂 We'll provide everything you need and show you how, all you need to do is arrive however you authentically are❤️Don't want to make hearts? Perfect - Just come for the chats, that's totally fine!

➡️ What can you expect? This is a casual gathering where we chat about anything and everything, loss related or life related. You can be years down the line or have had a recent loss, we meet you wherever you are in your journey. There is always a mixture of smiles, connections made, and occasional tears - you are safe to express anything here and meet others who understand. ❤️
