Introducing the BachaZouk Mastery Workshop series, a monthly workshop focusing on the bachata world's newest fusion, BachaZouk!
In each workshop we'll be dissecting the zouk concepts making the rounds in bachata, working on the foundations from a zouk dancer's perspective, then applying them back into bachata.
For the October edition we'll be working on a BachaZouk topic that is going to make the rounds in the near future, Counterbalance!

This workshop will be a deep dive into Counterbalance and how its concepts can be applied in bachata. No zouk experience is necessary but attendees are expected to be at least at an intermediate level of bachata.

Alvin started his dance journey in 2016 with salsa and bachata, and still regularly dances both! In 2020, he started learning zouk and over the years, has taught salsa, bachata and zouk classes. With the rise of BachaZouk as a fusion style, he is passionate about bringing his experience in zouk to a wider Latin scene audience. And even more than that, he loves a good social dance - catch him at many of Adelaide's salsa, bachata and zouk events.
