Pelvic Floor Power 4-Week Course

Start 2026 by finally addressing what’s been going on “down there.” Your pelvic floor is more than a location—it’s your literal foundation. When it’s not working well, everything gets weird: leaking when you sneeze, that constant “do I have to pee again?” feeling, pelvic heaviness, low-back aches, painful sex, constipation, core weakness…the whole domino effect. These issues hit women at every age—whether you just had a baby or just celebrated your 80th birthday.

This 4-week series cuts through the confusion. Sue Dado, certified Pelvic Floor Specialist, blends Pilates-based training, breathwork, and therapeutic movement to help you understand what’s actually going on and how to make things work better. No shame. No brushing it off as “just aging.” Just real tools for real women.
