In-Person: Chair Yoga at Unity of Dallas, every Friday, 2 pm-3 pm

Wear comfortable clothing as the class will be doing light movement appropriate for a chair.

The session will include strengthening the body, light stretching of the extremities, mindful breathing and balance work.

Class is for all ages.
