In this guided breathwork and sound healing experience, Cathy Arbeiter will guide you through release and renewal at the beautiful Rock Creek Retreats and Ventures in Addison Alabama surrounded by nature.
The first half of our session focuses on letting go of old stories, emotional baggage, trauma imprints, and shadow patterns like over giving, self-sabotage, and unworthiness.
The second half invites you to realign—anchoring into wholeness, soul clarity, and the embodied frequency of who you are becoming.
You’ll also experience a restorative sound bath to support deep integration, nervous system regulation, and energetic harmony.

What is a sound bath?
We are energetic and vibrational beings. A sound bath is a meditative healing experience where you're “bathed” in vibrations of crystal singing bowls. These frequencies help calm the nervous system, clear energetic blockages, and bring the mind and body into a deep state of relaxation, balance, and inner peace.
What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a conscious, intentional practice that supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep soul connection. Through the breath, we access and clear suppressed emotions, stagnant energy, and subconscious patterns—making space for transformation, clarity, and embodiment.
