This season’s theme, Home for the Holidays: A Global Journey, celebrates the warmth, joy, and togetherness of the holidays, Christmas time through a global lens. Chef Tracy brings festive flavors from around the world to your plate, blending tradition, innovation, and a dash of holiday magic.

From comforting classics to globally inspired twists, each dish tells a story of how the world comes together to celebrate love, family, and food during the holidays. Expect cozy vibes, rich aromas, and Chef Tracy’s signature creativity in every bite.

First Course: Italy

Info: Roasted Cherry Tomato & Burrata Caprese

Silky burrata rests beneath a cascade of slow-roasted cherry tomatoes, basil oil, and aged balsamic reduction, finished with crisp crostini. A luxurious re-imagining of an Italian classic.

Wine Pairing: Antinori “Villa Antinori” Toscana Bianco

Bright notes of pear and white peach with a mineral finish that balances the burrata’s richness and highlights the tomato’s natural sweetness.


Second Course: France

Info: Cognac-Kissed Lobster Bisque

A velvety lobster bisque enriched with shellfish stock, cream, and a touch of cognac, crowned with crème fraîche and a whisper of chive oil.

Wine Pairing: Louis Latour Meursault Chardonnay, Burgundy
