Join us for our Flea Market - Garage Sale on JUNE 14th, 2025 from 8am-2pm (no pickups before 12:30pm). Of course the Farm will be open too. If you want a vendor spot for only $20 register now. Booth fee will go up to $30 the week before the event.
Our only restriction is that items sold must be family friendly. We reserve the right to ask you to put away any item we deem inappropriate.

We do NOT sell booths second hand. BEWARE of scammers!!!
- 33 vendor slots available, PLUS 4 Livestock areas, 1 food truck slot, 1 food tent slot
- LIVESTOCK must be kept in booths designated with a L, marked in red on the market map. Animals must contained to the allotted space. You may bring fencing, pens, crates, etc. Space measures 10x10. You are welcome to sell other things in the booth, however if you have livestock it must be in one of these slots.
- OUTDOOR EVENT - NO COVERING - NO ELECTRICITY
Registration includes a 10 x 10 outdoor space. Bring your own EVERYTHING.
- Vendors may book multiple adjacent slots if more space is needed.
- After unloading, vendors MUST park in assigned vendor parking area toward the back of the property. This allows our customers easy access to the parking lot and shopping area.
- Event is from 8:00am - 2:00pm. All booths must be cleared by 4pm.
-Vendors are asked not to pick up items/tent before 12:30pm, as we want all of the shoppers to have a good selection.
-Vendors reserving Booths #1-4 agree to stay until 2pm, so we can have a good visual presence from the highway.
-Set up the morning of the event will begin at 7am. Slots will be marked with paint and booth numbers. Please refer to the map when booking and setting up. We are usually sold out so please make sure you set up in the correct spot.
-We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
-If we cancel the event for bad weather we will reschedule. No refunds.
