What is energy healing?
Energy Healing is a holistic therapy that aims to restore the body’s natural flow of subtle energy in and around the human body, promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Modalities including Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, Healing Touch, and Seven Rays affect subtle energies known as 'chi' and 'prana' to facilitate balance and harmony in the body's energy system. During an energy balance session, practitioners connect with the client’s energy field, "hold space" for healing to occur, and act as a conduit for Divine Light (energy) to come through. Of its own accord, the energy travels through the body and aura to where it is most needed.
Practitioners may also use crystals, tuning forks, or other techniques such as smoothing the field or holding points on the head and body to promote balance, relaxation, and healing.
