We are excited to share that SRN will be offering a monthly sensory-friendly Holy Hour to ensure that Adoration is accessible to everyone!
Join us on the First Saturday of the month from 3:00 to 4:15 p.m. in the Sanctuary. This Holy Hour is suited for children and adults with special needs: Down Syndrome, Autism, Dementia, etc. with low lighting, no incense, and safety to move around as needed.
Enter the Sanctuary through Doors B, C, or D. Fully accessible entrances are located at Doors B and D. Handicap parking is available in Lot A and by Door C.
Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions. We're here to serve YOU! Call Katie Mendenhall, Director of Pastoral Care, at (616) 676-9111 ext 121 or email

PLEASE NOTE: This special Holy Hour is thoughtfully designed to serve the needs of families and individuals who benefit from a sensory-friendly environment. The atmosphere during these times is welcoming, gentle, and flexible—intended to support prayer through movement, soft sounds, and a more relaxed setting. While the Blessed Sacrament will be exposed for adoration, these Holy Hours will not follow the traditional format of extended silence. If you are seeking a quiet, contemplative time of prayer, we invite you to join us during one of our other Adoration times, which may better suit that experience.
