FREE BOOTCAMP KICKOFF COMMUNITY EVENT

We are so excited to introduce our all-new Boot Camp program, starting this September!

If you’ve been looking for an engaging, effective bootcamp workout that’s accessible to everyone, this is for you!

Our Boot Camp classes offer:
•Dynamic, functional fitness in a high-energy 45-minute format.
•A fantastic, fun, full body bootcamp workout!
•Expert coaching from Lowell’s own Dan VanderMuelen and Rick Zimmerman - both joining our amazing coaching team.

Classes will kick off 9/6/25 Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays at 7:15 AM and 4:15 PM (with plans to add these classes M-F!), Saturdays 10am, and Sundays 9am

We’re celebrating with a FREE Community Kick-Off Event on Saturday, September 6th! Come for the FREE 8 AM or 9 AM class, enjoy a coffee truck, giveaways, and connect with our fantastic community.
