YIN YOGA + SOUND BATH at the Salt Cave
with Laurin Wolf
Descend into the Salt Cave, where you'll melt into gentle, long-held Yin Yoga poses to ease mental and physical tension, accompanied by slow, regulating breathwork. Then you'll be invited to get extra comfy and sink into stillness with a luxurious, extended Savasana and Sound Bath ~ let the sound of singing bowls, flutes, and sweet but powerful vocals wash over you and refresh your body and mind.
Himalayan salt is perfect for deepening your state of meditation, and carries many additional benefits:
~ improved sleep, mood and focus
~ reduced stress and inflammation
~ makes breathing easier and can alleviate respiratory issues
~ negative ions from the salt can improve immune function and relieve physical and mental tension
The salt cave can hold up to 7 people at a time, so space is very limited for this session.
We recommend bringing a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else that would help you feel comfortable and at ease.
