Australian National Fabrication Facility (ANFF) 

Description: Nestled within the vibrant academic and research landscape of the ACT, the Australian National Fabrication Facility, ACT Node is dedicated to fostering interdisciplinary collaborations and providing an extensive suite of state-of-the-art access micro/nano-fabrication facilities to support researchers, industry partners, and entrepreneurs alike. 

Themes: Micro/nano-scale optoelectronic and photonic devices for quantum applications. 

Lab keywords:  Nanofabrication, semiconductors, quantum dots, lasers, quantum emitters, detectors, single photon detectors, nanowires, metasurfaces, sensors, solar cells.
