Artimus Pyle Band at Iron Tails Saloon/Backyard Boulderdash Music Festival

On Friday evening, Six Gun Sally is coming back to Iron Tails Saloon and will be opening the show at 7pm. Following their set, the legendary Artimus Pyle Band rocks the house with am epic performance, honoring Ronnie Van Zant’s Lynyrd Skynyrd, featuring legendary Rock + Roll Hall of Fame's Lynryd Skynrd drummer, Artimus Pyle.

Backyard Boulderdash will feature powerhouse performances by the Artimus Pyle Band (featuring the last surviving member of Lynrd Skynrd, the lengendary drummer, Artimus Pyle) and nationally-touring Six Gun Sally. They'll be joined with a lineup of two other great local bands, The Dave Berry Band and Curmudjun.

Brought to you by Porkbarrel Productions and the Spaulding High School Class of '79, this is a music festival dedicated to community, music, and conservation. Mitchelll Hill BBQ will be selling mouth-watering BBQ and sides all day, as well as a dessert food truck with tasty treats for purchase. The festival has a responsible BYOB alcohol policy. Join us for a day of music, harmony, and good times, as we come together to celebrate the best of Wakefield.

Info: A must-see, powerhouse of accomplished musicians and extraordinary vocalists, Six Gun Sally pays homage to the trendsetter bands of the 70s. The group of seven performs nearly 65 dates a year catering to audiences of all ages with a hankering for good ole southern and classic rock music (a la Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Allman Brothers, Molly Hatchet, Janis Joplin, Led Zeppelin and Fleetwood Mac) and smokin' hot originals in the same vein.
