This year, the Coastal Ocean Environment Summer School in Ghana (COESSING) will return to Ghana and bring together students, early-career researchers, and professionals from across the globe for a dynamic week of learning, collaboration, and hands-on experience in ocean and coastal science.
COESSING is a unique opportunity to engage with interdisciplinary topics such as climate science, data analysis, ocean modeling, and community resilience—all while working alongside an international team of scientists, educators, and advocates committed to equity and open science.
