Gentle Stretch Yoga with Sheri Kosh of Beach to Beak Yoga

Enjoy the beautiful outdoors and the gentle scent of lavender as you relax for an hour of gentle/beginning yoga with Sheri Kosh, E-RYT 500. This is a great class if you are new to yoga or want a slower, gentler practice. Students bring their own mat or towel. Extra props are not required for this class. Class is every Thursday 9:00 a.m. through August 14th.

* Registration is requested. Class cost is $15 PAID WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE FARM . Walk-ins welcome but pay $20. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER
* Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in, set up your mat/towel, and say hello!
* If it rains, we have some covered options and we often add a rain date the next day. We will email people the night before or the morning of class by 7:00 a.m. with options and you can decide if you still want to come.
* Relax on the porch afterwards, shop the amazing gift shop which usually includes lavender infused ice cream, lavender short bread cookies, and lavender lemonade.
