SEND Connect: Abingdon with the Moving into Adulthood Team

Join us for our next SEND Parent Connect event – a calm, welcoming space to connect with other parent carers, share experiences, and access local support.

This session will focus on Moving into Adulthood, with the Moving into Adulthood Team from Oxfordshire County Council sharing information on transitions from children’s to adult services, supported internships, and employment pathways.

We’ll finish with time for questions and informal discussion.
