Healing Drum Guided Meditation
Date: Tuesday March 3, 2026.
Time: 6PM-7:30PM

Place: Cassys Workshop Building
Relax into the Deep Peace of Cassy's Sacred Space and allow yourself to be guided through a Meditative Healing Session via the Drum and Reiki Energy .
Facilitated by Shawna @ Cassys , a Usui, Tera Mai, & Karuna Reiki Master & Shamanic Practitioner of 30 years. Shawna couples the natural healing energy of Reiki with the healing sound vibration of the Drum as she guides you through a Balancing & Empowering Journey through your Chakras and Energetic System.
Meditation can be received sitting in a chair or lying prone on the floor.
Participants are asked to dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat and/or blanket and pillow if they intend to be on the floor.
