B-Movie Matinee (Mockingbird Branch)

Your Mockingbird Branch Library continues the best of the worst film festival with a great selection from 1988. This film is a thinly veiled imitation of “E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial,” but with much more product placement. In this film, an alien trying to escape from NASA is befriended by a wheelchair-bound boy. The winner of four Golden Raspberry Awards, and a featured spot on an episode of Mystery Science Theater 3000, this is the perfect B-Movie to watch. This film is rated PG and has a run time of 1 hour and 39 minutes. Come out and enjoy a brief introduction to this B-Movie selection and then watch it.
