Practical Qi gong with Alexander

Qi gong translates as body medicine; when we move the body and encourage the energy to cultivate, the body's mechanisms can heal themselves. "Brother Insight"

As we know, everything is vibration.

Everything is in a constant state of movement, a progression for its higher good. When we come across difficulties and challenges in life, sometimes this energy can become stuck in our energetic field. I'm moving the body and allowing the progression that is naturally happening, yet filling the space with new energy we shift through the old.

Our 1st session together I would like to hold in the castle grounds in the large clearing by the stone. I will facilitate an introduction so Qi gong as well demonstrations of practice. We will spend an hour in practice with our energy and I will share exercises that hopefully you will be able to take home and practice your self.
