Where: at the Sun Room studio- @campsiriol, Bow Street
This will be a 6 month journey where we explore different themes together in a small, supportive group. You will build a toolbox of practices and tips that empower you through this significant time of life and help you embrace the changes.
What will it involve?
It will include Menopause yoga, specially designed to alleviate menopause symptoms, modified to suit your body and pace, even if youโve never done yoga before. This will include breath work, mindful movement and meditation practices. Themes will range from anxiety & overwhelm, Brain fog, rage & irritability, hot flashes to strength and empowerment, reframing this time of life as our second spring.
A women's circle - An opportunity to share your experiences and tips (if you wish) in a supportive, safe space. Reflective Journaling, to gain insights on your journey. and tea and snacks.
Who is it for?
For anyone approaching perimenopause and wanting to get prepared, or in the midst of menopause, or beyond and still experiencing symptoms or wanting some company. All welcome! As it is a small group, spaces are limited
