What to Expect

Immerse yourself in soothing sound waves to wash away stress.

Sound healing is a gentle yet powerful tool and so it is not suitable for anyone with epilepsy, pacemaker or during first trimester pregnancy.

Please bring your own yoga mat, blankets, pillow and plenty of water!

Please note that sound healing is not recommended for people in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy and for those who suffer with epilepsy. Please seek doctors advice before attending if you suffer with severe mental illnesses, severe osteoporosis, have had recent hip/joint operations, if you are fitted with a pacemaker, advanced stages of cancer or ménière's disease.
