SOMA Breathworks

I am pleased to invite you to my SOMA breathworks class. Held on the last Tuesday every month at Llanddulas Village Hall.

An transformational meditation with movement and breathworks to music with a great beat! You'll leave feeling great!

Regular SOMA breath practice supports:

Any questions please ask! Booking essential as places limited.! £12 a session held on the last Tuesday every month at 7pm-8pm. Bring your mat, a blanket and a cushion. A sense of humour and open mind are also welcome! I have some mats and blankets if you need, so just ask and I can bring some!
