This class is all about moving safely, having fun, and feeling better in your body.

💓 Chair Aerobics – Boost circulation, strengthen your heart, and gently increase energy.
💪 Resistance Band Exercises – Build muscle, support your joints and bones, and improve overall strength & flexibility.
🧘 Chair Yoga – Enhance mobility, release stiffness, and improve posture without needing to get on the floor.
🦵 Optional Standing Postures – Light, supported movements to strengthen legs and improve balance.
🧘♂️ Relaxing Meditation – A calming finish to lower blood pressure, reduce stress, and support better sleep.
No floor exercises. All movements are gentle, safe and adaptable.
