Step into the stillness of our Traditional Mongolian Yurt and experience the deep calm of Yin Yoga - a slow, floor-based practice designed to release tension, soothe your nervous system, and guide your body into its natural rest, relax, and digest mode (hello parasympathetic reset!).
Each class combines gentle Yin poses with breath awareness and ends with a guided meditation to support grounding, relaxation, and inner stillness.
This is more than just a yoga class - itβs a weekly invitation to reset, restore, and reconnect with yourself.

About Your Guide
Classes are lovingly led by Fiona Ross, a highly experienced therapist with over 20 years in body and energy work, a background in Psychology and Counselling, and certified in Yin Yoga (200 hrs) trained in both Thailand and the UK.
