Join us for a calming, floor-based movement class designed to help release physical tension and guide the body into a state of deep rest and relaxation. Through slow, gentle movements, we’ll support the nervous system in shifting into parasympathetic mode - also known as rest, relax, and digest.

💛 All levels welcome – including complete beginners.
This class is a beautiful opportunity to move mindfully, reset, and support a good cause.
