Walk & Talk with Cairns Counselling

FREE TO ATTEND EVENT

Join us for a leisurely walk where you can meet like minded people, have a chat and take time for your mental health.

We'll meet at Pure Gym Kitty Brewster before heading off on a leisurely walk through Seaton Park & Old Aberdeen. We'll end the walk back at the gym where refreshments will be provided and where you can pick up more information from the Cairns Counselling team. They will also be on hand throughout the walk for informal conversations.
