About the event

UKSA Sparring Training Day
Sparring training day on May 11th at Westdyke Leisure centre. Adult registration at 9:30 a.m. and junior registration at 12 p.m. The cost is £10, and the event is open to all UKSA members with a valid license. Adults must be white belt or higher and have full gear, including feet. Juniors must be 8 years or older, gold belt ranking or above, and have full gear. Full gear includes head guard, gum shield, boxing gloves, feet protectors, and shin guards. The UKSA sparring team and coaches will be present to provide tips and advice to enhance sparring skills and build confidence.
