It’s been a good long while since we’ve done a 100 Challenge so here it is!!
It’s different from before and only involves one Exercise- (you can choose on the day which one). Depending on your fitness level and ability it will be completely up to you what you pick from 3 - 4 different options.
You can walk or Run this challenge or a combination of both so it’s aimed at everyone ☺️
…Obviously those that run will finish much quicker so feel free to head off or stay to support others who are still to finish🥰
The time frame for completing this challenge is a little bit unclear hence the early start. I don’t want it to take up your entire morning so we can give ourselves a target to hopefully be done by 10am latest. 🕰️
As I mentioned above, this Challenge is open to everyone, whether you already come along on a Thursday or not, you are very welcome to join us! It might be the ideal way to kick start your Motivation into a fitness journey💪🥰
Dress for fitness and for the weather and I would recommend bringing some water! It’s still incredibly humid out there.
** This is a free session - I facilitate the event but your Health and Safety is a must and should be YOUR main priority- please ensure you are in good general health with no health restrictions or physical injuries that could be aggravated or effected by taking part in this Challenge **
