Tai Chi July 2025 Session

Tai Chi is a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner accompanied by deep breathing. Alleviate stress and anxiety, and improve mood and joint pain. Sessions are considered monthly with classes held every Monday.

Meets: Mondays from 1:00-2:00pm (July 7, 14, 21, 28)
Cost Per Monthly Session: $21 Aberdeen Residents, $32 Non-Residents, Drop In Rate - $10
Location: Aberdeen Recreation Center, 301 Lake Park Crossing
