Join us for a day of soul nourishment, connection, and seasonal alignment by the sea.
As the Full Sturgeon Moon in Aquarius rises and summer is at its fullest bloom, we invite you to slow down and reconnect with nature, with your inner self, and with a circle of kindred souls.
Our day together will include:
🌊 Mindful Beach Walk & Nature Immersion
Let the sea breeze guide you into presence as we walk along the shoreline, grounding in the wisdom of the natural world.
🌿 Connection Circle
Gather back at the village hall for heartfelt sharing and soulful community.
🎶 Sound Bath
Sink into healing sound vibrations to soothe your nervous system and open your heart.
🖋️ Seasonal Reflection & Journaling
Tune in to the energies of high summer and the full moon, with guided prompts to illuminate what is blossoming and what is ready to be released.
🧘 Grounding Meditation
Return to stillness and anchor your intentions with a calming meditation practice.
🍉 Refreshments & Seasonal Snacks
Enjoy nourishing treats and gentle conversation as we close the day.
✨ This retreat is designed to help you realign with the rhythms of nature and your own inner landscape, held in a safe and sacred space.
💛 All are welcome. No experience needed, just bring your open heart and comfy clothes.
🍰Please note refreshments, cake, teas coffee are included. Lunch however is not included and you are advised to either bring a packed lunch, or you can buy something locally from the local shop or coffee shop. There is a lovely kitchen and seating area for us all to dine together.
