Every Tuesday by appointment at Odyssey Salon & Spa in Aberdeen, MD, Registered Nurse & Reiki Master Deborah Starr provides profound energy healing through Aura and chakra cleansing and balancing. This ancient Japanese practice of Reiki helps eliminate blockages in your energy field, promoting balance in the body with a gentle, non-invasive touch. It may alleviate inflammation, assist with autoimmune disorders, and chronic pain. Many people find it deeply relaxing, and it may be beneficial for managing stress, anxiety, and depression. Reiki is commonly utilized in cancer treatment centers to help reduce pain and side effects associated with cancer and its treatments. It's important to note that Reiki is not a substitute for any existing treatments; rather, it complements and supports them without causing harm.
