Thursday - Fitness in the Park-
Summer Sessions
Join me on Thursday 21st August for our Thursday Night Fitness Session in Danestone Country Park.
Meeting on the field in Danestone Country Park at 18.30pm
Our sessions in the park are always lots of fun and are different every week! We sometimes play Fitness Games, we sometimes use a variety of equipment for circuits, we sometimes go all out💪😅 and sometimes we enjoy something slower paced 🧘🏻♀️.
I do my best to keep things fun and interesting!
Fitness definitely isn’t boring on a Thursday 🥰
**please note, you do not need to be a ‘runner’ or into running to join us for these sessions as there is very little running involved during our Spring/Summer Sessions.
These sessions focus more on a variety of fitness games/cardio/circuits and as with all our sessions you can choose to go at your own pace and an alternative will always be available**
Please dress appropriately as these sessions do usually go ahead regardless of the weather(unless it’s unsafe to do so) and please remember to bring some water👍
