Gaēlle Conjaud, MrSS, shiatsu practitioner and teacher will guide through the basics of Shiatsu . Gaēlle started her shiatsu journey mal most 10 years ago and it has changed her life . She now practices from the Haven in Stonehaven and the Rosemount centre in Aberdeen, alongside teaching at the Aberdeen School of Shiatsu . Enthusiast, she’ll share what has become a new way of living with you.
