Our Health Defence team is here to help you make positive changes to your health. We offer a range of services, from free health checks to specialist physical activity support, to help you live life to the full.

If you live in Grampian and would like to help shape our new service sign up to one of our upcoming focus groups. You can attend online or at an in person session hosted at the Bon Accord Centre, Aberdeen.
