To continue my Summer of Celebration - 2025 being 10yrs in the wellness field and winning WELLNESS PRACTITIONER UK 2025 at the beginning of July at the Heart & Soul Awards - I’d like to invite you to this awesome venue for an evening of relaxation and ease.
We will do some very gentle movements to soothe the nervous system and ease the mind, then lead on to a peaceful relaxation. When we complete our session we’ll sit chat or be quiet with a cuppa of your choice and a slice of cake provided by the wonderful Gumboots Concept Eatery!
We intend to do this inside, but there’s beautiful gardens and enclosed outdoor space we could use if weathers nice.
My session can be done from a chair, mat or standing it’s very inclusive and adaptable for all.
