Free Community Meditation

Inclusive group meeting weekly to meditate and explore the teachings of Soto Zen Buddhism.

* NO BOOKING REQUIRED JUST SHOW UP!* Our weekly meeting is every Thursday night at 7.30pm. As always, newcomers welcome, and if you're new to meditation we will give you a beginner's introduction to get you going! There is no fee for attending our meetings, a donation towards running costs, for those who can manage, is welcome but not expected. This is a National Lottery Community Led funded event.
