There's help available! Join the FREE Dealing with Dementia Workshop at the Aberdeen Timberland Library, presented in partnership with the Olympic Area Agency on Aging.

In this workshop, you'll gain valuable tools and insights to empower you on your caregiving journey. We'll cover understanding dementia, managing behaviors, effective communication strategies, and most importantly, self-care for caregivers. Attend the 4-hour class to receive a free guidebook.

Whether you're a family member, friend, or simply seeking knowledge, this workshop is for you!
