Conscious Groove

Join us for a lunchtime session of conscious movement.

*Please note there is date and time change for the session on the 30th of May!* this is now on Saturday the 31st of May from 10 - 11 am (Facebook won't let me edit one date in a series without deleting mutliple dates). Eventbrite has the correct dates and times

We will be guided by Magi who draws experience and inspiration from West African dance and music practices.

These classes will be low impact sessions with no complicated choreography. You will be guided through each step as you are encouraged to explore new ways of moving your body. All whilst enjoying some deeply rhythmic music.

During these classes we will work together to create a warm and gentle atmosphere where all are welcome, no experience necessary.

These classes will run on a fortnightly basis.
To help nurture a spirit of commitment to attendance we request a donation to secure your place. For this event a suggested donation is £1-£5 but whatever you can offer is gratefully received and goes towards our work supporting community wellbeing.

What to bring to a class:
Loose, comfortable clothing
A water bottle
No shoes in the studio please
