In this guided session, you’ll be supported in: releasing stress, anxiety, or unresolved emotions; gaining clarity on personal or professional challenges; reconnecting with your inner wisdom and creativity.
After the breathwork journey, we’ll move into Kundalini Yoga practices to help integrate your experience. These movements, breath techniques, and meditations are specifically chosen to balance the nervous system and anchor insights into the body while opening energy pathways and restoring vitality.
Bring a yoga mat, any comfort items for laying on the floor, a water bottle and be sure to eat something the morning of.
