Beyond Van Gogh: Beyond Breathwork

Discover the power of stillness and presence with Beyond Breathwork, a transformative experience set in our breathtaking 10,000 sq. ft immersive room, surrounded by stunning virtual art. This 50-minute session guides you through intentional breathing techniques designed to calm down your nervous system, clear stress and tension from the body, and bring a sense of calm, relaxation and stillness. Take some time to pause, reset, and reconnect within a truly unique setting.

What to Bring: Participants should bring their own mat, blankets, cushions, and any other materials they may need.

No Extras Provided: We do not provide mats, cushions, water bottles, towels, or other materials—please come prepared.
