James Reid will discuss the current situation of the UK Upstream Sector.

BIO:

James Reid is a Senior Research Analyst at Wood Mackenzie, covering field economic modelling, fiscal, new developments, decommissioning and M&A in the North Sea.

James also supports Wood Mackenzie’s consulting projects, delivering infrastructure analysis, bespoke economic modelling, asset valuations and corporate due diligence.

Having joined the industry in 2011 with Aberdeen-based Integrated Engineering Services, James spent over a decade working for Petrofac and EnQuest. Working onshore and offshore, his roles have covered supply chain, late life operations, operational risk analysis, new developments, decommissioning, commercial and corporate development.

He holds a BA Honours degree in Business Management from Robert Gordon University
