Hello Marauders!

Calling Gentlemen of the Cynon Valley! We are proud to announce a NEW venture in Aberdare.

If you like getting fit making new friends socialising with others then this is for you. This is a continuation of the very successful sports hub in Llantwit Fardre Leisure Centre.

We are excited to announce that we have joined forces with Sport in Mind a Men’s Health Charity and the team at the National Exercise Referral Scheme to deliver our Marauders Sports Hub - Circuits & Badminton.

Join us at 10am every Friday for our instructor-led circuits classes and/or Badminton with Kevin & Gareth. These classes are designed for all levels of fitness and abilities - you choose whether you want a gentle hour of exercise or you can push yourself harder for a more strenuous workout. Whatever you decide it's about getting yourself together with your Marauder mates to move more, to increase strength, achieve better mobility, flexibility and balance.

All men of any age welcome and it's all FREE of charge. Just turn up and register on the day. It’ll be great to see you gents 💪🏋️‍♀️👟
