40+ BJJ Open Mat (South Wales/South West)

Same format as always - quick warm up and stretch, 45 to 60 mins of gold standard technique for the older grappler, delivered by one of our attending brown or black belts followed by approximately 90 minutes of rounds - as many or as little as you want! There's usually a wealth of knowledge in the room (and tough rounds if you want them!), with all belt levels and sizes catered for - just none of those phenom 20-something youngsters trying to smash you!

No politics, no affiliations and no bullshit (well, there might be a bit of bullshit lol!) - just a group of like minded individuals rolling on the floor! Perfect time to build up your gas tank or iron out any wrinkles (see what I did there?) in your game ready for any comps and a great way to connect / reconnect with some of your Masters colleagues and friends!
