Opening Day at Fort Abercrombie State Historic Site, -5th Minnesota Volunteer Infantry Company D, Civil War Encampment and drill day. Award Winning Author, "Abercrombie Trail" series , Candace Simar will be signing books 10:00am -4:00pm. Guided tours on golf carts 9:00am - 4:00pm. Hands on history and photo opts. Fort Abercrombie State Historic Site open 9:00am-5:00pm daily May 24 - Sept 1, 2025. Guided tours daily - 9:00am - 4:00pm.
